The Brown Gladiator Boots take inspiration from the time-honored designs of Roman warriors—footwear built for resilience, movement, and unmistakable presence. In reinterpreting this classic, we focused on structure, precision, and timeless craftsmanship. Each strap is hand-cut and purposefully placed, creating a sculptural, armor-like effect.

Made entirely of 100% full-grain leather—from the upper to the lining, down to the sole. The open-toe design allows for breathability, while the structured form makes a striking statement.

"If there’s one piece in your wardrobe that requires no effort yet commands attention, it’s these boots. You don’t need an outfit—just these. The structured yet fluid straps wrap around the legs in a way that feels both organic and architectural. The ‘messy’ layout isn’t accidental—it’s measured and intentional. These shoes started as a personal project, a piece I wanted for myself, before I knew they had to be shared. They became Ugra’s first design and remain our most loved."
