Custom Craftsmanship
Each pair of Ugra Shoes is custom-made to meet your specific requirements. Consequently, once production has commenced, we cannot offer exchanges for a different style.
Order Confirmation Process
Upon placing your order, our customer care team will reach out to confirm the size and style of your selected product, as well as discuss any customization needs. This thorough confirmation process ensures that your order meets your expectations, enhancing reliability and satisfaction in our service.
Exchange Policy
We gladly accept exchanges when there’s a size discrepancy. You may switch to one size larger or smaller—or even to another Ugra style—provided the request meets the terms below.

Shoes must be unworn, in original condition, with all packaging and inserts intact.
All exchange-related costs—two-way shipping, insurance, and any customs duties or taxes—are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the returned pair, we’ll issue your chosen replacement and share a new tracking number.
In Case of Damage
Should you receive your footwear in damaged packaging, do not accept the delivery. Instead, contact our customer care immediately at hi@ugrashoes.com. We will address the issue promptly by either replacing the damaged item or providing online store credits.
Quality Guarantee
If you discover any material defects or issues with the quality of the footwear, you may return them to us for a replacement. We ask that such issues be reported to our customer service within 5 days of receipt.
Sale Items and Custom Orders
Please note, items purchased on sale or those that are made-to-order/customized are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.
Return Instructions
Footwear eligible for return must be unworn, unused, and include all original tags, parts, and accessories. To prevent damage, we recommend trying on the products on a clean, carpeted surface. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Please be aware that Ugra Shoes does not provide cash refunds. Instead, you will receive online store credits for use on future purchases, subject to our standard return conditions.

Terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:
Custom Orders
- Custom-Made Items: These are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.
Return Conditions
- General Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. Returns will be rejected if items are returned damaged, soiled, or without tags.
- Packaging: All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you will keep them. Shoes must be returned in their original shoebox and include any provided dust bags as these are considered part of the product.
Faulty Goods
- Defective Items: Items are deemed faulty if they arrive damaged or show manufacturing defects. Please report such issues to our customer care within five days of receipt. Normal wear and tear do not qualify as faults.
- Exchange of Faulty Items: Faulty items can only be exchanged for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Repairs may be offered when possible.
Color Accuracy
- Color Representation: We strive to display the colors of our products accurately on our site. However, the actual colors you see can vary with your monitor settings, and slight discrepancies are expected.
Unidentified Returns
- Return Process: Returns must be pre-authorized by our customer service. Unidentified returns will be sent back at the sender's expense.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customer's Responsibility: The cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or a mistake has been made by us.
Return Time Frame
- Domestic and International Returns: Products can be returned for an exchange within five calendar days in India and seven days internationally from the date of receipt.
Additional Terms
- Third-Party Sales: These return and exchange policies do not apply to items purchased from third-party vendors.
- Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment concerns, or shipping restrictions. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will refund the amount charged.
- User Cancellations: Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of order placement. Requests made beyond this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

- Custom Duties and Taxes: For international exchanges, additional taxes and duties may apply which are the responsibility of the customer.
- Merchandise Condition: Only items in perfect, saleable condition bought through our website are eligible for exchange or store credit.
