Our Philosophy
At Ugra, we operate on a Made-to-Order model to minimize waste and maximize quality, every pair is created specifically for you.
We want you to wear your Ugra shoes for years, not just keep them in a box. While our artisanal process means we cannot offer cash refunds on custom orders, we are fully committed to ensuring you get the perfect fit and a product you love.
The "Perfect Fit" Exchange Policy
Buying shoes online can be tricky, and we want to remove that risk for you.
Domestic Orders (India): If your shoes donβt fit, we offer one complimentary size exchange. We will handle the reverse pickup and shipping of the new size at no cost to you.
International Orders: We are happy to exchange sizes for our global clients. However, due to logistical costs, shipping fees and duties for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Exchange:
Email us at hi@ugrashoes.com or WhatsApp +91 9741127112 within 14 days of delivery.
Ensure the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and have all packaging intact.
We will arrange the pickup (for India) or guide you on where to ship (for International).
Refunds & Store Credit
Because each pair is handcrafted upon your order, we do not offer monetary refunds.
However, if you change your mind or if the style just isn't for you, we are happy to offer Store Credit for the full value of your purchase (minus shipping costs).
Store credits have no expiration date.
The Ugra Workshop Service
Alterations: If a shoe is slightly tight or needs a minor adjustment, our workshop can often stretch or modify it for you rather than doing a full exchange.
Repairs: If your Ugra shoes need love after years of wear (sole repair, stitching), contact us. We are happy to repair them for a nominal fee to keep them on your feet and out of the landfill.
Order Cancellations
Since production begins shortly after order confirmation:
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
After 24 hours, materials have been cut, and we can only offer Store Credit.
Shipping & Delivery
We use trusted premium couriers to ensure your shoes arrive safely.
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the box, please take a photo and contact us immediately.
Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the courier, the order is considered complete. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the package.
