At Ugra Shoes, we take pride in ensuring that every pair is crafted and delivered with utmost care. Each order is handled individually, from confirmation to dispatch, to ensure a premium shopping experience.

Our Philosophy

As a luxury footwear design house, Ugra Shoes produces limited, handcrafted pairs; not mass-manufactured goods. Each pair is made to order, reflecting artisanal craftsmanship and the unique character of handmade work.

Custom Craftsmanship

Every Ugra piece is custom-made according to your specifications. Once production begins, cancellations, style changes, or monetary refunds cannot be offered.Our made-to-order process begins only after size, style, and customization are confirmed with you; ensuring accuracy and satisfaction before production starts.

Proof of Delivery and Order Completion

All Ugra orders are shipped with tracked courier services (such as DHL, FedEx, or Bluedart). Once the shipment shows “Delivered” or has a valid Proof of Delivery (POD) provided by the courier, the order is considered fulfilled and completed.
Ugra Shoes is not liable for any claims of non-receipt after delivery confirmation by the courier.

Exchange Policy

We gladly facilitate exchanges for sizing issues under the following conditions:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hi@ugrashoes.com or WhatsApp +91 9741127112.

  • The shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, with all inserts and tags intact.

  • All exchange-related costs (two-way shipping, insurance, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned pair, we will dispatch your replacement and share a new tracking number.

In Case of Damage or Quality Concerns

If you receive footwear with visible damage to the packaging or product, please do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately at hi@ugrashoes.com.
We will arrange a replacement or issue store credits at our discretion.

Quality concerns must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Normal wear, natural creasing, or minor handcrafted variations do not constitute defects.

Refunds and Store Credits

Ugra Shoes does not issue cash refunds. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, all sales are final.
If applicable, we may issue store credits for future use, following inspection and approval of the returned product.

Sale Items and Custom Orders

Items sold on sale, discounted, or made-to-order/customized pieces are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer-initiated cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.

  • Ugra Shoes reserves the right to cancel orders in case of payment issues, stock concerns, or logistical restrictions.

International Orders

For international shipments, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery confirmation from DHL or any global courier constitutes valid proof of delivery.

Return Process

To initiate an exchange or return, please contact hi@ugrashoes.com with your order number and reason for return.
All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns will be declined.

Returned items must be shipped back within 5 days (domestic) or 7 days (international) from the date of delivery.

Final Note

Each pair of Ugra Shoes represents handcrafted individuality. Once a product is delivered to the address provided by the customer and confirmed by the shipping carrier, the transaction is considered complete.
No refunds will be issued for products shown as delivered by verified courier proof.
