At Ugra Shoes, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted leather heels with care, precision, and professionalism. Every order is made-to-order and handled with attention to detail, ensuring a premium experience from production to delivery.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Each pair of Ugra Shoes is crafted to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for production.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro cities (India): 2–3 business days
Other Indian cities: 3–5 business days
Remote areas: 5–7 business days
International orders: 5–10 business days (excluding customs processing time)

Total estimated delivery time:

Domestic: 12–22 business days
International: 15–25 business days (may vary by destination and customs clearance)

Shipping Charges

India: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
International: For international orders, we charge a flat ₹4,500
(≈ $54 / €50 / £42 / AED 200).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email. You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or directly via our tr acking porta l.

Customs & Duties

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing the order. Ugra is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, once production has commenced, cancellations or modifications cannot be accommodated.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
