Credit Card Details:

Delivery:

We endeavor to deliver products within 10-15 business days from the order date, depending on the shipping location. Factors beyond our control may result in delivery delays. We reserve the right to make delivery in installments.

Gift Cards Terms And Conditions:

1. Ugra reserves the right to reject any gift card if it reasonably suspects that the gift card has been utilized fraudulently or if the promo code is invalid.
2. Gift cards are valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue. The validity cannot be extended.
3. Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
4. If the purchase value exceeds the gift card value, the customer must pay the balance amount.
5. Ugra shall not be held liable for any unauthorized or fraudulent purchases made using gift cards.
6. Resale of Ugra Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
7. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Ugra account.
8. By purchasing Ugra Gift Cards, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of www.ugrashoes.com following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
